    Our Cognitive Lifeskills Model

Our unique and proprietary blend of cognitive lifeskills courses and programs help millions of justice-involved people overcome self-defeating thoughts and behaviors.

Each person’s values are acquired from birth and throughout their childhood. A person’s values are stored in the sub-conscious mind which does not differentiate between prosocial or antisocial values.

A person’s attitudes are also stored in the sub-conscious mind and together with their Values and Beliefs from the VAB (Values, Attitudes, and Beliefs) which inform a person’s conscious thoughts.

A person’s beliefs can also be identified along a continuum. From prosocial beliefs to antisocial beliefs. The extent to which a person has antisocial values, attitudes, or beliefs informs their level of risk and corresponding rehabilitation.

A person’s conscious thoughts are always streaming from the sub-conscious mind. If a person is unaware of their sub-conscious programming it can unknowingly affect their behavior and life experiences.

A person’s behavior is a manifestation of their sub-conscious programming. Behavior does not improve by focusing only on ones behavior, a person must understand their sub-conscious programming and take steps to improve their values, attitudes, and beliefs.

A person’s overall quality of life largely depends on the quality of their sub-conscious programming.
